2.2 Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments for Services must be booked through the Website, by phone, or in person at our Calgary location. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy (available at booking or upon request). A no show fee will be charged double that of the late cancellation. For most services late cancellation with less then 12 hours notice is $30 charge and no show for your appointment is $60. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Services if we determine that a Service is unsafe or inappropriate due to health contraindications or other factors.

Certain Services may have health contraindications (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions). You agree to complete a health questionnaire and disclose any relevant health information prior to receiving Services.
