We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice when possible, with a minimum of 12 hours required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours): A $30 fee will apply. In some cases, we may use discretion depending on the circumstances and frequency.
  
• No-Shows / No Notice: If you miss your appointment without contacting us, a $60 fee will be charged.
  
• With Proper Notice: When you provide notice within the required time frame, we’re happy to adjust or move your appointment.
  

We understand that life happens and will always aim to be flexible, but not showing up without notice is considered unacceptable.

Located on the 3rd floor of the brown office building across from McDonald’s (not in the strip mall). The racquetball club is in the same building. The main entrance is at the back of the building where the main directory and elevator can be seen. Parking is allowed in visitor spaces of in spots designated Sports Club. You can park in the reserved spots after 6pm. There is also street parking available.
