You can reschedule your appointment up until 12 hours prior to the start time through the MINDBODY app or website, by calling or texting us.

We ask for a minimum 12 hours notice to reschedule appointments. Less then 12 hours makes it extremely difficult for us to fill these last minute spots. This greatly impacts our business and our services providers. If you aren't sure if you can make it on time for your appointment it is best to cancel. Late cancellations and reschedules with less then 12 hours notice is a $30 charge.

No shows are are a $60 charge, unless there is a reason for the no shown appointment you will be charged. More then 1 and we will no longer accept your appointment request.

New to sugaring or new to our studio? Welcome! Follow these steps:

1. Select your main bikini sugaring service from the "First Time" category:

2. Want to sugar more than just the bikini area?
After selecting your main service, go to the "Add Ons" category and choose other areas like underarms, full legs, or stomach strip.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to select a time that lines up with your main service so that all services can be done in one session.

Book based on how long it’s been since your last sugaring appointment with us (not shaving, waxing, or sugaring with other service providers):

For Classic Tease, or Skimpy Bikini:

• Over 7 Weeks or Shaved or First Time (within last 3 months)

For Sweet Nothing (Brazilian):

• Over 7 Weeks or Shaved (within last 3 months)
  
  
• 5-7 Weeks
  
  
• 3–5 Weeks

To get the best results from your sugaring service:

• Returning clients: Hair should be 5-10mm long (roughly the length of a grain of rice).
  
  
• If you've shaved recently: Please allow hair to grow to at least 8-10mm before booking. This usually takes 2.5 to 3 weeks post-shaving, under arms grow the fastest and are about 10 days of growth.

• Check the "Reg’s Packages" category for bundled services for regular clients.
