You can reschedule your appointment up until 12 hours prior to its start time. To complete this step, you must visit the booking confirmation that was sent to you by email or text message and click the link to cancel or reschedule. You can also reschedule your appointment by calling or texting us at (403) 700-5057.

We ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. If you are not sure you can make it on time for your appointment, it is best to cancel. A 50% charge will be applied to cancellations and reschedules processed within 12 hours of notice.

A 50% charge will be applied to no-shows. Exception can be made for extraordinary circumstances. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations could lead to restrictions in future appointments.
