COVID-19 March 20th Update

After some careful reflection this week we have decided to reopen March 23 with modified operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time the government is not recommending personal services/salons to close.

They recommend following hand washing, extra sanitizing and disinfecting whilst maintaining personal distances in waiting areas.

That being said starting Monday, March 23rd we are making the following changes:

  • Angèle and Jenna will be working alternate days.
  • We will be adding an extra 15 mins to appointments to allow for extra sanitizing. This will also allow clients to maintain personal space from other clients entering and leaving the studio.
  • We will also ask clients to immediately wash their hands upon arrival before we begin the service.
  • The service providers will also be wearing surgical masks at all times.
  • We will no longer be accepting cash at this time however we will accept any cards or e-transfer.

We also ask that anyone with any cold or flu symptoms MUST reschedule their appointment. Especially if you are experiencing a COUGH, FEVER or DIFFICULTY BREATHING!

If you are concerned please call Health Link 811 and do the online COVID-19 Questionnaire for more information.

We ask anyone that has travelled anywhere internationally particularly if by plane or within Canada to PLEASE wait TWO WEEKS before coming in for an appointment. If you have been in direct contact with a family member, roommate, partner or coworker etc that has travelled we also ask that you PLEASE wait TWO WEEKS from the date they returned or from your contact with them before scheduling an appointment.

We ask everyone to do their part to mitigate the possible risks associated with this virus. Angèle and Jenna will do their best to maintain a safe and clean environment and should we feel we have any symptoms ourselves we will check with Health Link before returning to work.
